Happy Birthday, Nell. 80 is getting pretty old, in case have not figured that out yet. Never forget the hours we spent waiting for our best friend mothers to conclude their visits...seems like yesterday! Enjoy your day and keep your happy smile.

Janet: I knew you were having a birthday soon and wanted to make sure I wished you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY before rather than after. I have concluded that this is very significant birthday and that we are officially "OLD". I hope I make it to 80; and have decided to consider it as an accomplishment rather than a dread. I am 2 1/2 weeks younger than you. We are fortunate to have made it this far-many, many of our classmates did not! However, they have not had to suffer all the physical pains of age like some of us have. Being the epitome of good health, you have probably not had to do that. The last ten years have been a trial for me. We have been so fortunate to have been raised in Montpelier during the best decade ever--the 50's. Hope to see you at the next class reunion. Take care and stay happy.

Janet: I remembered a few days late. I hope you had a tolerable birthday and that Robert is doing okay now. I am looking forward to 80 just so I can say I made it at least that far. We all missed you at the reunion. It is not the same without you and Mr. Russ there. At the reunion, it shook me up when we discussed having our next reunion in 2-3 years because 5 is too long. It "dawned on me" we are getting older. Take care and God bless.
Hey Dian, hope you had a great birthday. At our age, they are all great, don't you think? i always thought you were one of the youngest in our class. I was mistaken. I am a couple of weeks behind you. Let's make it to 80...and then 90 okay? May your life be filled with happiness!

Happy 79th a couple of days ago. I am so glad you are older than I, and have shown such exemplary wisdom and knowledge to those of us younger. I am hoping we all make it to at least 80. Stay happy; keep smiling!
Hey Joe, enjoy the inevitable like the rest of us have. Best of luck on your birthday.
