Morgan Blair Wertz - Class of 2004

Morgan Blair Wertz, 17, died early Friday morning, Sept 26, 2003 at his home in Montpelier. He was born May 21, 1986 in Nampa, Idaho to Gary R. and Iris C. Holloway Wertz and spent his first 13 years in Cambridge, Idaho. He and his family moved to Montpelier in the summer of 1999. He was a senior this year at Bear Lake High School. He was a joy to all who knew him. Morgan is survived by his parents; his seven brothers, Chnstopher, who is serving a mission in Tampa, Florida, Joss, William, Cord, R.J., Justin and Scott E.; and two sisters, Jennifer and Beverly, all of Montpelier, his two loving personal care providers, Jamie Thompson of St Charles, and Sue Platt of Cambridge; his grandparents Harold and Dawn Wertz and Don Holloway and Diane Moffet, all of Glenns Ferry, and Cheryl Holloway of Woodland Hills, Utah He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and tons of friends who will miss him. A visitation and celebration of his life will be held in the LDS Activity Center on South 7th St. in Montpelier on Wednesday evening, Oct 1, at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 10 a.m. in the Montpelier First and Fourth Wards Chapel. Morgan will be buried that afternoon at 4 p.m. in the Sunset Memorial Park in Twin Falls, next to his great-grandparents.
