Frank Emanuel Hoff was born October 10, 1893 in Georgetown, Idaho, the son of Henry Herman and Harriet Bacon Hoff. He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1915. He served in the US military during WWI. He died February 2, 1958 in Whipple, Arizona and was buried in the Georgetown Cemetery.
