Willard Marvin Small was born April 7, 1900 in Lehi, Utah, the son of Benjamin Franklin and Minnie Hester Mitchell Small. He was a member of the class of 1920, however he did not graduate. He served in the US military during WWI. He died December 21, 1991 in Sparks, Nevada.
