Howard Nathan Clark (twin) was born April 4, 1898 in Montpelier, the son of Wilford Woodruff and Permelia Dunn Clark. He was a member of the Montpelier High School class of 1918, however he did not graduate. He served in the US military. He married Elvirta Smith October 8, 1919 in Salt Lake City. He died June 21, 1978 in Santa Ana, California and was buried in the Georgetown Cemetery in Georgetown, Idaho.
