Dingle - Kirk Eborn Skinner, age 37, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 1994, after being struck by lightning.

He was born Nov. 23, 1956, to Clifford J. and Golda Eborn Skinner. He married Janet Lee Keetch Aug. 4, 1978, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. 

He was a construction contractor in the surrounding area. He was an active member of the LDS Church and was currently serving as second counselor in the Dingle Ward bishopric. He had been active in scouting for many years and had received the Silver Beaver Award in 1991.

He is survived by his wife, Janet, and six children, Jessica, 14, Karl, 13, Aaron, 10, Breanna, 8, Tyrel, 3, and Shanna, 1, all of Dingle; his mother, of Dingle; seven brothers and four sisters. He was preceded in death by his father.
