Robert Langford - Class of 1966

Robert Louis Langford was born February 1, 1948, in Montpelier, Idaho, to Duane and Eulalie Langford. He graduated from Montpelier HIgh School in 1966 and received a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah. He lived in England while working for Kraft International and Lafayette, Louisiana, while working for Gearhart, Inc. He had an extensive knowledge of internal combustion engines and owned a mobile emission business in Salt Lake City, Utah. On June 14, 1999, he married Maria del Carmen Ballesteros. After retiring, he made his home in Saint George, Utah. He died December 28, 2015.

He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his mother, sisters Diane Langford Swiger and Irene Langford Dumas and brothers Leslie Duane Langford and Gary Page Langford.

Memorial services were held at the Presbyterian Church in Montpelier on January 5, 2016.
