Sylvester Junior Bills was born in Montpelier October 5, 1941, the son of Sylvester and Anna Barbara Ochsenbein Bills. He was a member of the class of 1961 however he did not graduate. He married LaRue Dunn but they were later divorced. His second marriage was to Roberta Lee Buhler November 27, 1963. He died January 3, 2000 and was buried in the Montpelier City Cemetery.
