Ila Kunz Noble was born on March 10, 1925, in Taylorville, Bonneville County, Idaho. She was married to Herbert Palmer Noble in 1958 and he passed away in 1963. She married Felix Martin in 1968. Ila passed away on July 23, 1983 in Malheur County, Oregon. She was buried in Belcrest Memorial Park in Salem, Oregon. Her grave is in block 7 section 70 lot 4.
