William Harold Minnig, born April 21, 1932 in Nounan, Idaho, passed away July 8, 2009 at home in Mission Viejo. He lived in the Covina area for 45 years. He served in the Air Force, was a successful electrical contractor for over 27 years, active in Jaycess Scouts Camping Lions for over 20 years and for the last 5 years was an Elk in Mission Viejo. Survived by his wife Jo Anne Welmon of 55 years; son Doug (Leslie); grandson Sam and sister Ruth Alleman. Preceded in death by son Ronald and brother Howard. Services will be Friday at 2:00 P.M. at Forest Lawn.
