Van Quayle Lyons was born in Dingle, Idaho March 25, 1929 the son of William George Lyons and Elaine Quayle.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1948.  He married Jackie Burleigh September 11, 1954 in Evanston, Wyoming.  He served in the US Army.  He died May 21, 2004 in Evanston.
