Eugene Sanford Curry was born April 11, 1912 in Ely, Nevada the son of Thomas Jefferson and Elizabeth Jones Curry.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1929.  He married Dorothy Audrey Riemland.  He served in the US Navy. He died July 17, 1993 in Mission Viejo, California and was buried in the Riverside National Cemetery.
