James Floyd Brown was born in Montpelier September 26, 1922 the son of Eugene and Olive Mura Brown.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1940.  He served in the US Army during WWII.  He died June 29, 1999 in Ogden, Utah and was buried in the Fish Haven Cemetery in Fish Haven, Idaho.
