Jessie Marie Anderson was born in Oakland, California September 22, 1920 the daughter of Harold Tennyson and Sarah Buehler Anderson.  She graduated from Montpelier High School in 1939.  She married Arthur Eugene Biggs October 5, 1977.  She died October 15, 1986.
