Vistana Cornwell was born in Pocatello September 18, 1919 the daughter of K. Samuel and Maria Lindsor Lindsay Cornwell.  She graduated from Montpelier High School in 1938.  She married Anthon L. Welch June 27, 1945 in Pierce, Washington.  She died November 28, 1977 in Fullerton, California.
