Robert Rex Talbot was born in Lewiston, Utah August 26, 1919  the son of Daniel Stephen and Martha Corilla Egbert Talbot.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1938.  He married Eula Phyllis Bee December 4, 1946 in Bloomington, Idaho.  He served in the US Army.  He died February 26, 2006 in Pocatello and was buried in the Mountain View Cemetery in Pocatello.
