Ellen Jessie Juanita Strong was born in Ulm, Arkansas April 20, 1903 the daughter of Arba Randall and Bertha Louise Payer Strong.  She graduated from Montpelier High School in 1920.  She married Lester Dean Willard November 23, 1924 in Blackfoot, Idaho.  They were later divorced.  She married Theodore William Stites April 20 1930 in Salt Lake City.  She died August 6, 1985 in Mesa, Arizona.
