Howard Davis - Class of 1936

David Howard Davis, 80, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, a former printer and owner of Printcraft Press, died September 10, 1996, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on the Ashton Hill.

Born April 28, 1916, at Bern, Idaho, the son of Alvin L. and Pearl Elizabeth Rigby Romero. He married Alice Deaune Peterson, June 6, 1940 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Active member of the LDS Church.Survivors include: his wife, Deaune Davis, Idaho Falls; sons, Brent D. (wife, Julie) Davis, Provo, Utah; Kirk P. (wife, JoAnne) Davis, Rigby; daughter, Betty D. (husband, Brian) Lundell, Rigby; 14 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra; his parents; two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 14, 1996, at 2 p.m. at the Idaho Falls LDS 6th Ward Chapel, 351 West 14th Street with Bishop Brent Roberts officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 6:30-8:30 at Wood Funeral Home, and for one hour prior to the services on Saturday at the church. Burial will be in the Riverside-Thomas Cemetery near Blackfoot.
