Harriet Vilate Hart was born in Montpelier May 2, 1908 the daughter of William Augustus and Susan Catherine Birch Hart.  She graduated from Montpelier High School in 1927.  She married Richard Willard Tueller June 25, 1930 in Logan, Utah.  She died October 18, 1998.
