Charles H. Tingey was born June 21, 1907 the son of Perrigrine Green and Hattie May Riddle Tingey.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1926.  He married Lois Singley October 17, 1928 in Salt Lake City.  He died February 4, 1971 in Salt Lake City and was buried  in the Bountiful Memorial Park in Bountiful, Utah.
