Lowell Perkins was born June 28, 1911 in Montpelier the son of Louis and Nellie Bardella Pearce Perkins.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1929.  He married Fioretta Humphreys August 8, 1958.  He died April 19, 1979 in Idaho Falls and was buried in the Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery in Idaho Falls.
