Ruby Q. Berrey Movitz, 79, passed away July 9, 1992 at her home of natural causes.

Born November 1, 1912 in Wardboro, Idaho, to John Alfonzo and Mary Elizabeth Humpherys Berrey. Married Samuel Movitz December 19, 1944; he died March 8, 1961. She was a member of the LDS Church. Together with her husband Sam, she developed the Movitz Company where she worked until retiring at age 75.Survived by stepchildren, Richard D. Movitz, Salt Lake City; Gerrie Perlin, La Jolla, Calif.; brother and sisters, Esma Parker, Bennington, Idaho; Helen Erickson, and David Berrey, both Salt Lake City; Marie Vermaas, Montpelier, Idaho; and Jean Maughan, Layton.

Graveside services will be held Monday, July 13, 10:00 a.m., at the B'Nai Israel Cemetery, 4th Ave and R Street, Salt Lake City.
