Julian Merrill - Class of 1927

Julian LaRue Merrill, 63, died on September 28, 1969 of natural causes at an Ogden hospital.  He was born December 9, 1905 in Ogden, the son of Jedediah and Harriet Dunn Merrill.  He and Mary Morgan were married on May 3, 1936 in Randolph.  He was reared in Bennington and Montpelier and he was a member of the Montpelier High School class of 1927, however he did not graduate. He moved from Montpelier to Ogden in 1941. He was a truck and body builder for Williamson Body and Equipment Company and a member of International Association of Machinists Local Lodge 127. He was a member of the LDS Church.  Surviving are his widow, four sons, three daughters and seven grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Lindquist and Sons Colonial Chapel.  Burial was in the Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch in Ogden.
