Patricia Bartlome (Ikenberry) - Class of 1975

Dr. Patricia Bartlome Ikenberry, 46, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2004, at home in Bountiful, Utah. She was born September 17, 1957, in Montpelier, Idaho, the daughter of George F. and Dorothy Allen Bartlome.

She married John W. Ikenberry Nov. 23, 1988, in Pocatello, Idaho.

She had lived in Montpelier, Idaho for 15 years. She had also lived in Pocatello and Boise, Idaho, Salt Lake City, Utah, and the past 8 years in Bountiful, Utah. She received her Ph.D. in clinical pharmacy from the University of Utah. She was a pharmacist and a professor at Idaho State University. 

She volunteered many hours at local health clinics in Pocatello. Patricia enjoyed making stained glass, handmade paper and pressing flowers. She loved spending time with family and her Labrador dogs.

Patricia is survived by her husband John of Bountiful; stepson Jason S. Ikenberry, Bremerton, Wash.; three step-grandchildren; father and step-mother George and Elizabeth Bartlome, South Jordan; mother, Dorothy Bartlome, Daytona Beach, Fla.; mother and father-in-law, Don and Beverly Ikenberry, Boise, Idaho; brother, Vince Bartlome, Lenoir, N.C.; step-brother Gary Bates, Omaha, Neb.; step-sisters, Sheila M. Bates Bowen, Sandy and Lisa A. Bates Bradfield, Leamington, Utah. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey A. Bartlome, and grandparents, Fred and Lena Bartlome and Arial and Edith Allen. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 11, 2004, at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E., where friends may call Friday, Sept. 10, from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday one hour prior to services. Cremation is under the direction of Lindquist Crematory.
