Helen Bourne (Crossley) - Class of 1938

Helen Bourne Crossley, 82, of Nampa, Idaho died of natural causes Monday, March 4, 2002 at home.  She was born January 13, 1920 in Montpelier to Norman Charles and Mary Inger Welker Bourne.  She was reared and educated in Montpelier.  She lived there until she married her life long companion, Ephraim Crossley October 1, 1940 at Montpelier and then they moved to Nounan.  They were blessed with four children.  In 1964 she moved to Meridian, Idaho.  On October 19, 1964 they were sealed in the Logan LDS Temple.  In 1968 they moved to Melba, Idaho and then in 1970 they moved to Nampa where they resided until their death.  She enjoyed being a homemaker, gardening and doing yard work. She worked at the Boise Temple for years and held many positions in the Church.  She is survived by one daughter, one son and 17 grandchildren.  Funeral services were held at the Kuna, Idaho LDS Fifth Ward Chapel.  Burial was in the Kuna Cemetery.
