Genevieve Quayle Welker, 50, of Chowchilla, California, died September 9, 1965 of a heart ailment in a Salt Lake City hospital.  She was born August 16, 1906 at Dingle a daughter of William and Elizabeth Ann Dayton Quayle.  She and Russell Welker were married September 17, 1931 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.  He died February 24, 1949.  Since then she had assumed ownership and managed the Welker Insurance Agency at Chowchilla.  She was a member of the LDS Church and Soroptomist Club.  Surviving are two sisters.  Funeral services were held in Chowchilla.
