Daniel Findlay Williams, 53,  was born March 12, 1912 at Pocatello.  His father, Daniel Amos Williams died in 1919.  Daniel graduated from Montpelier High School in 1933 and attended Ricks College.  A fine athlete, he played football and was interested in all sports.  He was wounded in action at Okinawa during World War II.  He had been in ill health for years and recently underwent treatment at the Veteran's Hospital in Salt Lake City.  Daniel and Ruth Ann Harker were married in 1936 and the ceremony was solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.  He is survived by his widow, four sons and two daughters. Funeral services were held in the Lewisville LDS Ward Chapel.  Burial was in the Lewisville City Cemetery.
