Delsa Jean Lane Sims, 47, passed away at her home September 18.  She was born in Ovid March 4, 1930 to Eugene A. Lane and Beatrice Peterson.  She married Calvin E. Sims December 9, 1950 in Montpelier and the marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple March 10, 1966.  Mrs. Sims was a medical receptionist.  She was an active member of the LDS Church serving in many positions especially music which was her greatest joy.  Survivors include her husband, one son, three daughters and two grandchildren.  Funeral services were held in the Montpelier First-Fourth Ward Chapel.  Interment was in the Garden City Cemetery.
