Rex LaRocco - Class of 1936

Joseph Rex LaRocco, 62, died Thursday, April 30 in the University Medical Center in Salt Lake City following a short illness.  He was born May 24, 1918 in Dingle to Joseph Edward and May S. Cook LaRocco.  During World War II he served in the Army.  He worked for several years on the Union Pacific Railroad then for several years for the Idaho Billiards Co. in Montpelier.  He was employed by the Cecil Quayle Ranch in Dingle at the time of his death.  He married Barbara Gunderson on November 12, 1964 at Paris and later divorced.  Survivors include two daughters.  Funeral services were held at the Dingle LDS Ward Chapel.  Interment was in the Dingle Cemetery.
