Ramona Parker (John) - Class of 1937

Ramona Parker John, 65, died December 15, 1984 at Pocatello Medical Center following an illness.  She was born July 24, 1919 in Wardboro, Idaho to Oscar Thomas and Hilda Young Parker.  She married Cecil John on March 25, 1950 at Elko, Nevada.  Her early life was spent in Wardboro and she graduated from  high school at Montpelier.  After completing a year of college at LDS Business College she obtained employment in Pocatello and has resided there since.  She worked at Bangs Stationers, The City of Pocatello, the Naval Ordinance Plant and retired from Ralston Purina Company in 1982.  She was a member of the LDS Church and was a visiting teacher at the time of her death.  She also belonged to the Guild of the Pocatello Regional Medical Center.  She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and flowers.  She is survived by her husband, two stepsons and five step grandchildren.  Funeral services were conducted at Manning Chapel in Pocatello.
