Grace Bernice Lewis Taylor, 77, passed away April 16, 1987 in Salt Lake City.  She was born November 24, 1910 in Montpelier to David Arthur and Grace Bridges Lewis.  She married John Whitaker Taylor November 24, 1933 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.  They were later divorced.  She was active in the LDS Church and served as stake and ward MIA president, MIA drama director, stake missionary, Primary counselor and teacher, Sunday School secretary and Relief Society supervisor and visiting teacher.  She was skilled in homemaking, gardening and handiwork.  She loved music, dance and sports.  She loved and was loved by her family.  She is survived by her husband, five children and 31 grandchildren.  Funeral services were held at the East Millcreek 16th Ward Chapel.  Interment was in Elysian Burial Gardens.
