Claudia Behymer Collipriest, 85, died Saturday, June 1, 1985 in the Bear Lake County Nursing Home following a long illness.  She was born June 8, 1899 in Mill Shoals, Illinois to Claud O. Behymer and Joan Flint of Illinois.  She married George W. Collipriest June 8, 1921 in Soda Springs, Idaho.  He passed away in 1979.  Her family moved to Montpelier when she was a small child.  She attended schools in Montpelier and graduated as valedictorian.  She attended what is now Idaho State University in Pocatello.  She was Montpelier City Clerk for many years retiring in 1963.  She was a member of the Presbyterian Community Church.  She held several offices in the church including that of pianist.  She was a Golden Star and past Matron of Betsy Ross Chapter #17 Order of the Eastern Star.  Survivors include one son, one daughter and four grandchildren.  Funeral services were held in the Matthews Mortuary Chapel.  Burial was in the Montpelier Cemetery.
