Leonard Young - Class of 1959

Leonard J. Young, 37, a former Montpelier resident died Monday, June 12 in Anchorage, Alaska.  He was born May 15, 1941 in Montpelier to Clyde J. Young and Melba Nebeker Young Bisseger.  He served in the US Army from 1958-1962.  He received a BS degree in Social Science from Utah State University in 1975.  At the time of his death he was a student at the University of Utah, graduate of social work.  His hobbies included hunting, fishing and all types of athletics. He was a member of the LDS Church.  He belonged to the National Association of Social Workers.  He is survived by his wife, a son and two children from a previous marriage.  Funeral services were conducted in the Henderson Funeral Chapel. He is buried at the Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Pocatello, Idaho, Plot 1W, 61, 22.
