Glen Conrad Irving was born on July 26, 1926 to to Alonzo Chester Irving and Margaret Winona Nelson. His sister is Maxine Irving (Stuart) and his brothers are William Russell Irving, Charles Ross Irving and Alonzo Grant Irving. He was a recipient of the Montpelier High School Whitman Trophy Award as the best athlete. He owned and operated his own construction business, BH&I, in Soda Springs, Idaho. He passed away on February 16, 1990 from unknown causes and was survived by his wife, Doris Widmer (Irving) (since deceased) and his daughter, Helene Irving (since deceased).
