Ralph L. Bissegger, 62, Idaho Falls, died Tuesday morning February 21, 1978 at the Bannock Memorial Hospital after an illness.  He was born December 4, 1915 in Wardboro, Idaho to Jasper Lyle and Nancy Josephine Dayton Bissegger.  He attended school at Wardboro and graduated from Montpelier High School where he was an outstanding athlete.  He worked in ranching most of his life.  He was an ardent outdoorsman and loved animals.  He was a member of the LDS Church.  He married Blanche Prescott and they were later divorced. Ralph's last known residence was at Idaho Falls, Bonneville County, Idaho 83401. Survivors include a daughter and three grandsons.  Funeral services were held at Downard Funeral Chapel.  Burial was in the Montpelier Cemetery.
