Clifford Grant Birch was born on September 22, 1918, the son of Milford William and Pearl Birch. He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1937. He married June Maxine Cooper. He served in the US military. He passed away on May 29, 1982 and is buried in the Terrance Lawn Cemetery in Meridian, Idaho.
