Farrington (Frank) John Koeven was born on December 6, 1925 in Montpelier, Idaho to Svean John Koeven (1902 - 1962) and Phyllis Lyons Koeven (1905 - 1942). He had a brother, Keith Lyons Koeven (1928 - 1986) and a sister, Alice Patricia (Pat) Koeven Wutherich (1932 - 2002). He used the name Frank throughout his life. He married Nora Lee Lowe in the Idaho Falls Temple, June 28, 1950. She will be buried next to him. He was a pharmacist that served the valley well. He would always make sure people could afford their medication. Served in WWII. He died on January 25, 1982 in Gunnison, Sanpete County, Utah and is buried in the Gunnison Cemetery.
