George Lehi Morrall, 88, of Stevensville, passed away on Friday, Oct. 8, 2010.

George was born in Bloomington, Idaho, on Feb. 3, 1922. He attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Montpelier High School.

After graduation, George served in the Navy from 1942 until 1945. While in the service, he married Pat Udder and had two sons, Harry and Jason. The couple later divorced.

Following his years in the service, George joined the Idaho Falls Police Department. He retired from the police department in 1984.

In 1989, George married his lifelong friend, Ozma Panting. He settled with Ozma in Stevensville where they enjoyed camping and family get-togethers.

George is survived by his wife Ozma; and sons Harry (Barb) and Jason, as well as Russell Panting (Carolyn), Janalee (Bruce) McFadgen, Natcherlie (Roger) Drake, Kyle (Sharon) Panting; one sister, Dorothy Bunn; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 15, at the Whitesitt Funeral Home in Stevensville. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.
