Erma Mildred Messerly Alleman, 90, passed away on March 21, 2003 at her home in Nounan.  She was born May 17, 1912 in Montpelier to Robert (1880 - 1956) and Eliza Kunz Messerly (1881 - 1935).  Erma married Clarence Ray Alleman (1907 - 1985) on May 20, 1939 and the marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.  To this union was born a daughter, JoAnn.  She enjoyed reading, fishing and doing crossword puzzles.  She was a good cook and enjoyed spending time with her family.  She was a member of the LDS Church.  She is survived by her daughter and three step-children.  Funeral services were held in the Georgetown LDS Chapel.  Burial was in the Montpelier Cemetery.
