William Adams - Class of 1949

Bill Adams, 40, a former Montpelier resident, died Tues, 25 May, 1971 in the Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. He had been employed by A. E. Heinsohn, a printing machine firm, as a machinist since graduating from ISU Trade and Technical School. 

He was born 30 Dec 1930, in Montpelier, the son of the late Vincent B. Adams and Mrs. Lawrence (Edith Hayes) King.  Mr. Adams enlisted in the Army and saw action in the Korean War.  He was a member of the LDS Church.  He and Jeanne Smith were married and later divorced.  He has two daughters, Mrs. John (Karen) McLaughlin of Boise, ID and Peggy Adams of Grover, Wyoming.
