Victor Harold Jackson was born 14 Dec 1930 in Cokeville, WY,  the son of Elgin and Lee Ora Tarbet Jackson.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1949 and from the University of Wyoming in 1953.  He lived in Cokeville, Kemmerer and Alaska and had four children. He died 9 Sep 1991 and is buried in the Logan, UT. Cemetery.
