Mirla Bacon Dunn, 92, died March 5, 2000 in Sun Health Hospice, Peoria, Arizona.

She was born March 30, 1907 in Georgetown, Idaho to Albert and Charlotte Elnora Smit Bacon. She married Lloyd C. Dunn on May 23, 1934. The marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden Temple. He preceded her in death.

She was a graduate of Utah State University and an elementary school teacher for many years. She was a lifetime member of the LDS Church and a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She moved to Sun City, Arizona in 1979 with her husband.

She is survived by a daughter, Sheryl, of Sun City, Arizona. She was followed in death shortly by her son, Crandell Kay Dunn, on March 5, 2000 at his home in Cincinnati, Ohio.
