Winston Ephraim Crossley was born in Montpelier on September 1, 1942, the son of Ephraim and Helen Bourne Crossley. He served in the US military. He married Linda Beryl Michel July 21, 1962. They were later divorced and he married Sharon. He died in Nampa, Idaho on August 25, 1995 and was buried in the Kuna Cemetery in Kuna, Idaho. He was survived by his wife.
