OGDEN - Marvin J. Wixom, 68, died peacefully Thursday, April 22, 2004, surrounded by family and friends. He was born August 12, 1935 in Montpelier, Idaho to Avery and Georgia Wixom.

He married Pearl Burnett in 1957, they later divorced. He married Evelyn Lujan December 3, 1983.

He served in the United States Air Force for four years, he also served during the Korean War.

He was employed at Jetway and retired from Ogden City.

He is survived by his spouse, Evelyn Lujan Wixom, Ogden; one brother, Max (Bobbie) Wixom; two sons, John and Warren Wixom, both of Ogden; five stepsons, Alfred (Adelle) Garcia, Arthur Garcia, Ogden; Gene Garcia, Clinton; Chris Garcia, Roy; Steven Garcia, Clearfield; and 19 grandchildren, one residing with him, his pride and joy, Skyler.

He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Ogden City Cemetery, 1875 Monroe Boulevard, Ogden.
