Louona went back home to her Heavenly Father, Sunday, June 15, 2008, after a long fight with an illness. Louona was born August 8, 1946 in Montpelier, Idaho. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and cooking big meals for her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her late husband, Thomas Charles Granger. Louona is survived by two brothers, two sisters and her children: Teena Haddenham and husband Mike; Todd Preece and wife Ashley; Wesley Preece and wife Jennifer; Teresa Reynolds and husband Jason; and eleven grandchildren who all reside in the Elko area. Her parents are Wesley Edny Laughter and Ruby Laughter. Her siblings are Marlene Failoni, Wesley R. Laughter, Aileen Martinez and Allen John Laughter. Her family and friends loved her deeply and will miss her greatly.

Her funeral was held June 19, 2008 at the LDS chapel, 301 North 5th, Elko, Nevada. Interment was June 21, 2008, in Montpelier, Idaho.
