Paul Arthur Wigington was born November 24, 1946 in Montpelier the son of Lester Howard and Norma Wilcox Wigington.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1965.  He married Ronda R. Vance September 24, 1966 in the Logan LDS Temple.  He died October 12, 2001 in St. George, Utah and was buried in Tonaquint Cemetery in St. George.
