Jerry Lee Weaver, 29, was killed Monday, March 1 in a railroad accident near Dingle.  His father was killed at the same time.  He was born July 18, 1946 in Bennington to Lyman E. and Phyllis E. Weaver.  He married Jenny Louise Loertscher August 21, 1967 in Paris.  He worked for El Paso Phosphate plant in Soda Springs for awhile and then was later employed by the Union Pacific Railroad where he has worked for the last 10 years.  He was a member of the LDS Church.  Survivors include his wife and five children.  Funeral services will be held in the LDS Montpelier Stake Center.  Burial will be in the Montpelier City Cemetery.
