Janis A. Baer, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away on April 16, 2003 after a courageous battle with cancer. Janis' time on earth began on September 27, 1944 in Montpelier, ID. She was a loving mother who especially loved being a grandma and playing with her grandkids. She also enjoyed scrapbooking, painting ceramics, embroidery and making latch hook rugs. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Ted, son James, daughter Teresa and grandchildren Colten, Rachel, Megan and four scrapbooks. The family would like to give their heartfelt thanks to IHC Hospice for their wonderful loving care. Funeral services were held Monday, April 21, 2003 at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 S. Highland Drive.
