Richard E. PASSEY, Born February 17, 1935 in Montpelier, ID; died August 15, 2005 in Des Moines, WA at the age of 70. Richard worked for Lockheed and retired from Boeing as an aerospace engineer. He loved to play golf and loved his family, in that order. He was survived by his loving family who will miss him dearly. His children Kim, Lisa, Dani, Kelly, Laurie and Lynette; sister Marsha and his beloved dog Charli. Richard was preceded in death by his wife of 38 years Joy Passey in June of 2004.
