Howard Grant Hicks was born January 6, 1934 the son of Orson  and Martha Elizabeth Bienz Hicks.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1952.  He married Roberta Lou Allen August 17, 1957.  He served in the US Army.  He died March 22, 2002 in Nampa, Idaho and was buried in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Caldwell, Idaho.
